Administrators Needed

I need 3 people to become my site moderators these people will be in charge when i am not here, preferably at least 1 will be online most the time if needed.
Once i get to no people on my site i will make my choice, i dont need moderators per-say but it makes my life eaiser.
The mods duties for the first few months will simply be making sure the site is going well and keeping a eye on the chat box.
you will not be given any powers on the site for at least 3 months and then i no i can trust you.
so any problems or breaking of the rules you must email me right away.
